摘  要:基于ABAQUS有限元平台,建立了考虑弹性模量变化的高强度0Cr21Ni6Mn9N不锈钢管数控绕弯成形及回弹全过程有限元模型,模拟分析了工艺参数对管材数控绕弯成形截面畸变的影响,并利用修正的多因素敏感性分析模型探讨了截面畸变对工艺参数的敏感性。结果表明,无论是否考虑弹性模量的变化,工艺参数对弯管截面畸变影响的变化趋势相似,考虑弹性模量变化时截面畸变率更大。截面畸变率随管材-防皱块摩擦因数f_(w)、管材-弯曲模间隙C_(b)的增大或管材-弯曲模摩擦因数f_(b)的减小而增大,随着管材-防皱块间隙C_(w)的增加,截面畸变率先减小后基本不变,而弯曲速度ω对其影响不大;合理的f_(w)、f_(b)、C_(w)、C_(b)和ω分别为0.05~0.15、0.2~0.3、0.075~0.1 mm、0.1~0.15 mm和0.4~0.8 rad·s^(-1);截面畸变对工艺参数的敏感性大小依次为C_(b)、C_(w)、f_(b)、f_(w)和ω。Based on the ABAQUS finite element platform,the whole process finite element model for numerical control rotary draw bending and springback of high-strength 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N stainless steel tube considering the variation of elastic modulus was established.The effects of process parameters on cross section distortion of tube in numerical control rotary draw bending were simulated and analyzed.And the sensitivities of cross section distortion to process parameters were explored using the modified multi-factor sensitivity analysis model.The results show that the variation tendency of the influence of process parameters on cross section distortion of bent tube is similar whether the variation of elastic modulus is considered or not,but the cross section distortion rate is larger when the change of elastic modulus is considered.The cross section distortion rate increases with the increase of the friction factor of tube-wrinkle resistence block f_(w),the clearance of tube-bending die C_(b) or the decrease of the friction factor of tube-bending die f b.With the increase of the clearance of tube-wrinkle resistence block C_(w),the cross section distortion rate decreases firstly,and then stays unchanged,while the bending speed ω has little effect on that.The reasonable f_(w),f_(b),C_(w),C_(b) andωare 0.05-0.15,0.2-0.3,0.075-0.1 mm,0.1-0.15 mm and 0.4-0.8 rad·s^(-1),respectively.The sensitivities of cross section distortion to process parameters from high to low are C_(b)、C_(w)、f_(b)、f_(w) andωin sequence.
