摘 要:针对镁/铝复合薄带在常规轧制成形过程中极易出现边裂和结合强度低等问题。以厚度为50μm的镁/铝复合薄带高质量成形为研究目标,探究了极薄尺寸复合带材的轧制工艺。实验时,以厚度均为1 mm的镁、铝合金板材组坯进行首道次轧制,后续各轧制道次间在300℃下适时保温1~3 min,经历17个轧制道次后,成功将镁/铝复合带材减薄至预期厚度。随后,对复合薄带的宏观形貌和界面微观组织进行了观察并测试了其拉伸性能,发现采用本工艺制备的复合薄带边裂轻微、结合紧密、界面连续,扩散层厚度约为4μm,抗拉强度为115.65 MPa,表明复合薄带具有良好的成形质量和力学性能。Aiming at the problems that Mg/Al laminated composite strips is easy to generate edge cracks and the bonding strength is low in conventional rolling process,taking the high quality forming of Mg/Al laminated composite strips with thickness of 50μm as the research objective,the rolling process of extremely thin composite strip was explored.In the experiment,magnesium and aluminum alloy sheet metals with the thickness of 1 mm were assembled to carry out the first rolling pass,and held at 300℃for 1~3 min between the subsequent rolling passes.After 17 rolling passes,the Mg/Al composite strips metal was rolled to the expected thickness successfully.Then,the macro morphologies and microstructure of the laminated composite strips were observed and the tensile properties were tested.It is found that the laminated composite strips prepared by the proposed process have slight edge cracks,tight bonding and continuous interface.The thickness of the diffusion layer is about 4μm,and the tensile strength is 115.65 MPa,which shows that the laminated composite strip has good forming quality and mechanical properties.
