未育青年女性负压吸引人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器对再次妊娠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨放置宫内节育器(IUD)对未育青年女性负压吸引人工流产术后再次妊娠的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月于赫章县妇幼保健院行负压吸引人工流产术未育青年女性102例为研究对象,利用双盲法,按照等比例将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组即时放置含铜IUD,观察组即时放置MYCu IUD(含吲哚美辛)。比较两组性生活频率、再次妊娠率、术后不良事件和不良反应发生率。结果:两组12个月内性生活频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组再次妊娠率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:负压吸引人工流产术后即时放置MYCu IUD(含吲哚美辛),能降低未育青年女性再次妊娠率,远期避孕效果显著,可推广。Objective:To explore the effect of placing intrauterine device(IUD)on re-pregnancy after negative pressure suction abortion in infertile young women.Methods:One hundred and two cases of infertile young women who underwent negative pressure suction abortion in Hezhang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group in equal proportions by using the double-blind method,with fifty-one cases in each group.In the control group,copper-containing IUD was placed immediately,and in the observation group,MYCu IUD(containing indomethacin)was placed immediately.The frequency of sexual intercourse,rate of re-pregnancy,postoperative adverse events and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the frequency of sexual life in 12 months between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The rate of re-pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Immediate placement of MYCu IUD(containing indomethacin)after negative pressure suction abortion can reduce the rate of re-pregnancy in infertile young women,and the long-term contraceptive effect is remarkable,which can be promoted.
