胃镜下止血治疗消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究胃镜下止血治疗消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月赤水市人民医院消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者56例为观察对象,根据抽签分为观察组与对照组,各28例。对照组采用常规内科治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用胃镜下止血治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床指标、空腹胃液pH值。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);观察组止血时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组空腹胃液pH值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在常规内科治疗基础上结合胃镜下止血治疗消化性溃疡伴急性上消化道出血有确切效果,能缩短止血时间、住院时间,提高空腹胃液pH值,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hemostasis under gastroscope in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:From January to December 2022,fifty-six patients with peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in Chishui People's Hospital were selected as observation objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery,with twenty-eight cases in each group.The control group received routine medical treatment,and the observation group received gastroscopic hemostasis on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,clinical indicators,and pH value of fasting gastric juice were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043);The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The pH value of fasting gastric juice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional medical treatment,hemostasis under gastroscope is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.It can shorten the time of hemostasis and hospitalization,increase the pH value of fasting gastric juice,and improve the therapeutic effect.
