卢云教授关于参苓白术散的临床应用经验

摘　　要：参苓白术散出自《太平惠民合剂局方》,用于治疗临床脾胃虚弱型腹泻、纳差等疾病。卢云教授在继承历代医家思想的基础上,集合现代医学知识及临床经验,倡导“中学为体,西学为用”的思想,辨证与辨病结合,拓展参苓白术散的临床应用,用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎、吉兰-巴雷综合征、复发性口腔溃疡等疾病,取得确切临床疗效,为参苓白术散的临床应用提供新思路,值得借鉴。Shenling Baizhu Powder comes from"Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People's Welfare Pharmacy"and is used for the treatment of diarrhea and poor appetite caused by weakness of spleen and stomach.Professor Lu Yun integrated modern medical knowledge and clinical experience on the basis of inheriting the thoughts of physicians of past dynasties and advocated the thought of"Chinese essence and Western utility",combined syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and expanded the clinical application of Shenling Baizhu Powder,used for treating such diseases as chronic atrophic gastritis,Guillain-Barre syndrome,recurrent oral ulcer,which obtains exact clinical effect,provides new ideas for clinical application of Shenling Baizhu Powder.It is worth learning.
