综合护理干预对心胸外科术后患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对心胸外科术后患者的影响。方法:以2020年5月—2022年3月贵阳市第二人民医院收治的心胸外科术后患者68例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理。比较两组术后排痰效果、肺部感染、恢复情况、生活质量。结果:研究组住院、重症观察和引流管拔管时间均短于对照组,肺部感染率低于对照组,有效排痰率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合护理干预可提升心胸外科术后患者排痰效果,避免发生肺部感染,对帮助患者加快病情恢复,提升生活质量具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients after cardiothoracic surgery.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with cardiothoracic surgery admitted to Guiyang Second People's Hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The effects of sputum excretion,pulmonary infection,recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization,severe observation and drainage tube extubation time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,the pulmonary infection rate was lower than that of the control group,and the effective sputum expulsion rate was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the expectoration effect of patients after cardiothoracic surgery and avoid pulmonary infection,which is of great significance to help patients accelerate their recovery and improve their quality of life.
