经腹部与经阴道超声联合诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经腹部与阴道超声联合诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月中国中医科学院望京医院超声科疑似异位妊娠患者90例为研究对象。患者均实施经腹部以及阴道超声检查。比较腹部超声、阴道超声以及二者联合检查的诊断价值。结果:腹部超声联合阴道超声检查准确度、敏感性、特异性均高于单一腹部超声或单一阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);联合检查诊断各分型真阳性占比均高于阴道超声、腹部超声检查。结论:对疑似异位妊娠的患者实施腹部超声与阴道超声联合检查,能够进一步提升该疾病的诊断特异性、敏感性以及准确度,建议临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of combined transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2022,ninety patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy in the Department of Ultrasound,Wangjing Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent transabdominal and vaginal ultrasonography.The diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasonography,vaginal ultrasonography and their combined examination were compared.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound were higher than those of single abdominal ultrasound or single vaginal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The proportion of true positives for each type of joint examination diagnosis was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasonography.Conclusion:The combined examination of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy can further improve the diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the disease,and it is recommended for clinical promotion.
