血清中抗核抗体与抗双链DNA抗体联合检测对系统性红斑狼疮的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究联合检测血清内抗核抗体(ANA)及抗双链DNA抗体对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的诊断价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月贵州省兴义市人民医院收治的SLE患者68例为试验组,同期在院进行检测的健康者68例为对照组。检测两组血清ANA以及血清抗双链DNA抗体,比较两组检测结果阳性率。结果:试验组的血清抗双链DNA抗体检测、血清ANA检测、血清抗双链DNA抗体+ANA检测阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:联合检测血清中ANA、抗双链DNA抗体,对于诊断SLE有极高的应用价值。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of anti-nuclear antibody(ANA)and anti-doublestranded DNA antibody in serum for systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with SLE admitted to Xingyi People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the test group,and sixty-eight healthy people who underwent the test in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum ANA and serum anti-doublestranded DNA antibodies were detected in the two groups,and the positivity rates of the test results were compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rates of serum anti-double-stranded DNA antibody detection,serum ANA detection,and serum anti-double-stranded DNA antibody+ANA detection in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Combined detection of ANA and anti-double-stranded DNA antibody in serum has an extremely high application value for the diagnosis of SLE.
