老年肺结核病患者的临床治疗研究进展

摘　　要：老年人群肺结核发病率较高,尤其在近些年来,呈现逐渐上升趋势。因老年患者机体免疫功能下降,肺结核发作后,对老年患者生活影响较大。老年肺结核的临床表现不明确,再加上用药配合度较低,药物不良反应较大,而且还会合并外源性再感染,疾病易反复发作,导致临床治疗效果逐渐降低。本文对老年肺结核病患者的临床治疗研究进展进行综述,以肺结核的疾病特征为切入口,简述了疾病治疗的特点、不良反应、营养支持治疗、影响治疗效果的因素等方面,指出肺结核的治疗需根据病因以及各种表现,采取对症治疗,提高治疗依从性和临床治疗效果,控制疾病的传播。The incidence of tuberculosis in the elderly population is high,especially in recent years,showing a gradual upward trend.Due to the decline of immune function in elderly patients,after the onset of tuberculosis,the life of elderly patients is greatly affected.The clinical manifestations of elderly tuberculosis are not clear,coupled with the low degree of drug cooperation,the adverse drug reactions are large,and the disease will be combined with exogenous reinfection,and the disease is prone to repeated attacks,resulting in the gradual reduction of clinical treatment effect.In this paper,the progress of clinical treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was reviewed.Taking the characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis as the starting point,the characteristics of disease treatment,adverse reactions,nutritional support treatment,and factors affecting the therapeutic effect were briefly described.This paper pointed out that the treatment of tuberculosis should be according to the cause and various manifestations,take symptomatic treatment,improve the treatment compliance and the clinical treatment effect,control the spread of the disease.
