摘　　要：党的十八大以来,中国在加快构建自然资源“数字赋能”新格局方面推出了一系列措施和办法,不断加速数字赋能。中国地质调查数字信息普及程度和社会共享使用程度研究是紧跟时代步伐、促进自然资源综合管理的应有之意。本文以中国、美国、英国、德国、法国为研究对象,基于可获得的公开数据,对2010—2020年地质调查信息服务水平进行测算分析,得到以下结论。美国一直位于地质调查信息服务第一类高水平行列,10年地质调查信息服务水平得分均值达0.856;近2年中国地质调查信息服务水平发展较快,实现由低水平向高水平的飞跃;英国、法国地质调查信息服务水平发展状态相近,均由高水平降为低水平;德国地质调查信息服务较稳定,基本位于中等水平行列。本文建议中国相关部门学习研究国外的成熟经验并实现本土化发展,提高顶层逻辑系统性、数据获取及时性和服务共享全面性。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has introduced a series of measures to accelerate the construction of a new pattern of"digital empowerment"of natural resources,and digital empowerment has been accelerating.Studying and evaluating the popularization of digital information and the degree of social sharing and use of China's geological survey is the proper meaning of keeping pace with the times and promoting the comprehensive management of natural resources.Taking China,the United States,Britain,Germany and France as the research objects,based on the available public data,this paper measures and analyzes the regional geological survey information service level from 2010 to 2020,and concludes that the United States has always been among the first type of high-level development countries,with an average ten-year score of 0.856.In the past two years,China has developed at a relatively rapid rate,and under the background of a low level of development in the early stage,it has achieved a qualitative leap from a low level to a high level.Britain and France have similar development status,both from high level to low level,Germany is relatively stable,basically in the middle level.It is recommended to learn and study the mature experience of foreign countries and achieve localized development,and improve the top-level logic systematicness,timely data acquisition,and comprehensive service sharing.
