摘 要:本研究以同样来自热带玉米种质的骨干自交系QR273和T32为亲本构建的150份F2、F2∶3家系为材料,结合简化基因组测序(GBS)技术的基因型鉴定结果与该群体在多个环境下的开花期评价数据,利用完备区间作图法对抽雄期、散粉期、吐丝期等开花期相关性状进行QTL定位。结果表明,在3个环境下共检测到94个开花期相关QTL,分布于10条染色体上,其中抽雄期相关QTL有37个、散粉期相关QTL有27个、吐丝期相关QTL有30个。结合公共数据库,共筛选出12个控制开花期相关性状的候选基因。其中Zm00001d052638、Zm00001d025735、Zm00001d025739、Zm00001d022350、Zm00001d005135具有编码蛋白质丝氨酸和苏氨酸激酶活性,在花芽中高度表达。Zm00001d042717参与乙烯激活的信号通路,Zm00001d044325、Zm00001d003383参与生长素激活信号通路。Zm00001d003379、Zm00001d042721参与脱落酸激活信号通路,这些基因编码的激素合成、运输及信号转导等与植物生长发育息息相关。In this study,150 F 2 and F 2∶3 families derived from the crossors of maize foundation parental inbred lines of QR273 and T32 from tropical maize germplasms,were used as materials.Combined with the genotype identification results by using genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS)method and evaluation data of the population at flowering stage under various conditions.QTL mapping was carried out by using complete interval mapping method.Results showed that a total of 94 QTL related with flower time were detected and distributed on 10 chromosomes,of which 37 QTLs associated with days to tasseling(DTT),27 QTL associated with days to pollen(DTP),and 30 QTL associated with days to silking(DTS).Based on the public data 12 candidate genes that controlled related traits at flowering stage were identified,of which Zm00001d052638,Zm00001d025735,Zm00001d025739,Zm00001d022350 and Zm00001d005135 were involved in encoding protein serine/threonine kinase activity,with highly expressed in hickory flower buds,Zm00001d052637 was involved in the response to hormones,and Zm00001d042717 to be related with the ethylene-activated signaling pathway.Zm00001d044325 and Zm00001d003383 were involved in the auxin-activated signaling pathway.Zm00001d003379 and Zm00001d042721 were involved in the signal pathway activated by abscisic acid.These genes involved in hormone synthesis,transport and signal transduction were closely related to plant growth and development.
