摘　　要：为建立防风种子质量的显微鉴别方法,明确防风种子的萌发特性,采用石蜡切片法,对野生、栽培以及不同产地的防风种子进行显微鉴别。在正置荧光显微镜及体式显微镜下,观察防风种子萌发过程中油管、种胚及胚轴的变化。结果表明,野生防风种子的油管面积、周长及饱满度均大于栽培防风种子,可以作为防风种子的主要鉴别依据之一。防风种子在萌发过程中依次经历了球形胚阶段、心形胚阶段、鱼雷形胚阶段及子叶胚阶段。种子萌发过程的解剖观测分析结果表明,种子萌发过程中,种子横切面油管的面积、周长及饱满度不断减小。To establish a microscopic identification method for the quality of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk seeds and clarify its germination characteristics.The microscopic identification of wild and cultivated Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk seeds and Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk seeds from different producing areas was carried out by paraffin section method with the microscopic identification.The changes of oil tube,seed embryo and hypocotyl during the germination of Saposhnikoviae seeds were observed under the forward fluorescence microscope and stereomicroscope.Results showed that the tubing area,perimeter and plumpness of wild seeds were larger than those of cultivated seeds,which could be used as one of the main identification basis of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk seeds.The germination process of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk seeds successively experienced spherical embryo stage,heart-shaped embryo stage,torpedo embryo stage and cotyledon embryo stage.According to the anatomical observation and analysis results of the seed germination process,the area,perimeter and plumpness of the oil tube in the cross section of the seed continue to decrease during the seed germination process.
