摘  要:为探究落叶木莲种子萌发特性,本研究以不同浓度赤霉素和砂藏处理其种子,分析不同浓度赤霉素和砂藏对其种子萌发及植株生长指标的影响。结果表明,砂藏和赤霉素处理能够打破种子休眠。在砂藏160 d及100 mg/L的赤霉素浸种24 h处理下,落叶木莲种子的发芽率(98.33%)、发芽势(78.33%)等萌发指标最好。落叶木莲幼苗生长与环境降雨量、气温和日照等环境因素相关,其中降雨量和气温对落叶木莲幼苗生长呈正相关,而日照时长对落叶木莲生长呈负相关。落叶木莲幼苗年生长呈“慢—快—慢”的趋势,在春、夏两季生长速率加快,在秋季逐渐进入休眠状态,在10月下旬至翌年2月上旬休眠。In order to explore the seed germination characteristics of Manglietia deciduous,the germination experiments of seeds treated with different concentrations of gibberellin and sand storage were carried out to analyze the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin and sand storage on seed germination and plant growth indexes.The results showed that sand storage and gibberellin treatment could break the seed dormancy of Manglietia decdua.Under the treatment of sand storage for 160 days and 100 mg/L gibberellin soaking seeds for 24 hours,the germination indexes such as germination rate and germination potential were the best of 98.33% and 78.33%,respectively.There was a correlation between the growth of Manglietia decdua seedlings and environmental factors such as rainfall,temperature and sunshine,among which rainfall and temperature were positively correlated with the growth of Manglietia decdua seedlings,while sunshine duration was negatively correlated with the growth of Manglietia decdua.The annual growth of Manglietia decdua seedlings showed a'slow-fast-slow'law.The growth rate accelerated in spring and summer,and gradually entered the dormant state in autumn,and dormant from late October to early February of the following year.
