摘 要:为探究植物外源激素对榕树种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用3种传统激素(IAA、GA、6-BA)的5个浓度(0(ck),10,20,40,80 mg/L),分别对雌雄同株榕树垂叶榕和雌雄异株榕树对叶榕进行处理,研究各处理对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,3种外源激素对榕树种子萌发和幼苗生长均具有一定的促进效应,但不同激素的促进效应存在差异,同一激素的不同浓度对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响不同,相同浓度的同一激素对不同的榕树种子萌发和幼苗生长影响也不同。总体来说,3种激素的一定浓度范围对榕树种子萌发率及种子活力的提高、萌发时间的缩短有一定的促进作用,能够促进生根、延展根茎生长,促进根系的生长,但两种榕属植物种子的萌发和幼苗生长及对激素的响应不同。In order to explore the effects of exogenous plant hormones on seed germination and seedling growth of Ficus tree,five concentrations of 3 traditional hormones sicj as auxin(IAA),gibberellin(GA)and cytokinin(6-BA)at 0 mg/L(control group),10 mg/L,20 mg/L,40 mg/L and 80 mg/L,were carried out on monoecious Ficus benjamina and dioecious Ficus hispida,respectively,to explore effect of each treatment on seed germination and seedlings.Research results showed that the three kinds of exogenous hormones on Ficus tree seed germination and seedling growth had certain stimulative effect,while different hormones had different promoting effects on seeds and seedlings of Ficus trees.Different concentrations of the same hormone had different effects on seed germination and seedling growth,and the same concentration of the same hormone had different effects on seed germination and seedling growth of different Ficus trees.Generally speaking,the three hormones in different concentration ranges could promote the Ficus tree seed germination rate and seed vigor,shorten the germination time to a certain extent,could promote rooting,extending rhizoid growth,or promote root growth,but the responses of seed germination and seedling of two Ficus plants to hormones were different.
