摘 要:为探索耳叶牛皮消种子萌发的适宜条件,以种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和发芽进程等为评价依据,考察不同温度、不同种类和浓度的外源物质(植物激素和化学试剂)处理对耳叶牛皮消种子萌发的影响。结果表明,温度对耳叶牛皮消种子萌发有显著影响,25℃培养条件下种子萌发效果最佳,35℃浸种预处理能进一步促进种子萌发;相较于吲哚乙酸(IAA)和6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA),外源赤霉素(GA_(3))处理对种子萌发有更显著的促进作用,其中100 mg/L的GA_(3)处理效果最佳,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著高于其他处理组;6 g/L的KNO3和1 g/L的NaCl也能显著促进耳叶牛皮消种子萌发;100 mg/L GA_(3)+6 g/L KNO_(3)+1 g/L NaCl组合处理下,耳叶牛皮消种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别较对照提高了35.2%、57.6%和94.6%,萌发起始时间和萌发高峰期均较对照提前了2 d,发芽周期也明显缩短。In order to explore the suitable conditions for seed germination of Cynanchum auriculatum,the effects of different temperature,different kinds and concentrations of exogenous substances(plant hormones and chemical reagents)on seed germination were investigated based on germination percentage,germination potential,germination index and germination process.The results showed that temperature had a significant effect on seed germination,and the best germination effect was achieved when cultured at 25℃,while soaking at 35℃ pretreatment could further promote seed germination.Compared with indoleacetic acid(IAA)and 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),exogenous gibberellin(GA_(3))had a more significant promoting effect on seed germination,and 100 mg/L GA_(3) treatment had the best effect,where the seed germination percentage,germination potential and germination index were significantly higher than that of other treatment groups.Seed germination of Cynanchum auriculatum was also promoted significantly by KNO_(3)(6 g/L)and NaCl(1 g/L).Under the combined treatment(100 mg/L GA_(3)+6 g/L KNO_(3)+1 g/L NaCl),the germination percentage,germination potential and germination index of Cynanchum auriculatum seeds increased by 35.2%,57.6% and 94.6%,respectively,compared with the control,furthermore,the germination start time and peaking time were both 2 days earlier than control,and the germination cycle was also distinctly shortened.
