摘 要:以目前生产上应用的不同类型优质水稻品种及本课题组近年来有代表性育种材料的稻谷籽粒为研究对象,通过测定其稻谷的千粒重、粒长、粒宽、粒厚,计算稻谷长宽比、宽厚比,进行相关性分析,并按照不同的粒形分类方法进行分类。结果表明,稻谷千粒重与粒厚、粒长呈极显著正相关,与粒宽、长宽比呈显著正相关。为更直观展现稻谷籽粒的粒形,将三维空间下的水稻粒形分为细圆柱形、粗圆柱形、椭圆柱形及鹅卵石形四类。育成稻谷千粒重50 g左右新品种的粒形选种目标:谷粒粒长14.0 mm左右,粒宽3.0 mm左右、粒厚2.5 mm左右,粒形为粗圆柱形。The main high-quality rice varieties currently used in production and rice seeds with representative breeding materials from our group were used as research object.Correlation analysis of the rice grains and their classification according to different grain shape classification methods were carried out through measuring the thousand grain weight,grain length,grain width and grain thickness of their rice grains,and calculating the grain length to width ratio and width to thickness ratio.The results showed that the thousand grain weight of rice was positively correlated with grain thickness and grain length,and with grain width and aspect ratio.It was proposed that rice grain shape could be classified into four categories:thin cylinder,thick cylinder,elliptical cylindrical and pebble-shaped in three-dimensional space in order to visualize the grain shape of rice seeds.The grain shape selection for breeding new varieties of rice with a thousand grain weight of 50 g,grain length of about 14.0 mm,grain width of about 3.0 mm,grain thickness of about 2.5 mm,and grain shape of thick cylinder.
