摘　　要：为了评价选配的27个甘蔗杂交组合育种潜力及亲本的遗传特点,对27个杂交组合F1群体的株高、茎径、丛茎数、蔗糖分、丛重、丛含糖量等6个农艺性状进行调查,采用澳大利亚家系评价试验法,分析遗传变异和经济育种值(EBV)。结果表明,18个母本中,HoCP92-648、CP81-1254、科5、ROC1等经济育种值高,可作为优良生产性母本。18个父本中,桂糖92-66可作为优良生产性父本。在27个组合中,科5×云蔗02-588、HoCP92-648×桂糖92-66、CP81-1254×CP89-2143、桂糖02-901×ROC25、粤糖00-236×桂糖96-211、CP84-1198×粤糖00-236,6个杂交组合经济育种值高,可选育出高经济效益的新品种。In order to evaluate the breeding potential of the selected 27 pairs of crosses,and the genetic characteristics of the parents,six agronomic traits including plant height,stem diameter,cluster stem number,sucrose content,cluster weight and cluster sugar content of F 1 population selected from 27 pairs of crosses were investigated,while genetic varieties and economic breeding value(EBV)analysis was carried out by using Australian family evaluation test.The results showed that HoCP92-648,CP81-1254,Ke5,ROC1 and so on had high economic breeding value and could be used as excellent productive mothers.Among the 18 paternal parents,Guitang92-66 could be used as excellent productive paternal parents.Among the 27 combinations,Ke5×Yunzhe02-588,HoCP92-648×Guitang92-66,CP81-1254×CP89-2143,Guitang02-901×ROC25,Yuetang00-236×Guitang96-211,CP84-1198×Yuetang00-236,These combinations had high EBV and might produce new varieties with high economic benefits.
