滨州套尔河枯水期拦门沙浅区对船舶通航影响研究

摘　　要：通过对朔、望月,上、下弦月潮期间潮汐的变化、套尔河拦门沙浅区对船舶通航影响等因素进行分析,结合多年管理经验和实地调研的结果,提出了有针对性地应对船舶通过套尔河拦门沙浅区通航影响的举措,降低了套尔河拦门沙浅区对船舶通航的影响,提升了辖区船舶通航效率,对海事高效服务地方港航经济发展具有重要意义,为船舶通航和海事交通组织管控工作提供参考。Based on a study of the tide change during new moon,full moon,first-quarter moon and last-quarter moon and the impact of the shallow area of sandbar of Taoer River on ship navigation,this paper makes relevant research and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for ships passing the shallow sand area taking into consideration years of management experience and the findings obtained through on-site investigation and research.It aims to reduce the impact of the area on ship navigation and enhance ship navigation efficiency,which is of great significance to the maritime service with high efficiency for the local ports and shipping economy,in the hope of providing reference for ship navigation and the traffic organization and control by the maritime administration.
