栲胶生产综合能耗的研究

摘  要:栲胶是应用较广泛的化工产品,在生产过程中存在着能源浪费等现象。研究统计并计算了3年内国内栲胶生产企业的单位生产综合能耗,再利用方差分析的方法对不同企业不同产品进行数理分析,得到如下结果:不同栲胶产品单位产量综合能耗从大到小依次为:马占相思栲胶>余甘栲胶>橡椀栲胶>毛杨梅栲胶;栲胶生产单位产量综合能耗三级指标为1901 kgce/t~2300 kgce/t,二级指标为1599 kgce/t~1900 kgce/t,一级指标数值为小于等于1600 kgce/t。Tannin extract is a widely used chemical product,and there are phenomena such as energy waste in the production process.This study counted and calculated the comprehensive energy consumption per unit production of domestic tannin extract production enterprises in three years,and then used the method of variance analysis to conduct mathematical analysis on different products of different enterprises.The following results were obtained:1)The comprehensive energy consumption per unit production of different tannin extract products was in the order of large to small:mangium extract>emblica extract>valonea extract>box myrtle extract.2)The comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of tannin extract production is 1901 kgce/t~2300 kgce/t for the third level indicator,1599 kgce/t~1900 kgce/t for the second level indicator,and 1600 kgce/t for the first level indicator.
