乡村振兴背景下农业生态旅游可持续发展的价值意蕴、现实困境及实施策略

摘　　要：推动农业生态旅游可持续发展是乡村振兴的重要动力,具有多重价值,具体表现在:突显乡村环境保护的生态价值,强化农村发展的经济价值,加快乡村振兴进程的社会价值。然而,目前我国农业生态旅游可持续发展还面临着文化理念淡薄,生态旅游的持续性受限,专业人才资源匮乏,生态旅游的后继力不足,资本投资贫乏,生态旅游的规模化遇阻,产业融合困乏,生态旅游的集群度不高等诸多现实困境。对此,提出以下推动农业生态旅游可持续发展的策略建议,即以文化振兴为抓手,深挖文化要素;以人才振兴为支撑,创新人才培养;以产业振兴为契机,强化财政支持;以生态振兴为基础,推进产业融合。Promoting the sustainable development of agro-ecological tourism is an important driving force for rural revitalization,which has multiple values.The valuse are embodied in highlighting the ecological value of rural environmental protection,strengthening the economic value of rural development,and accelerating the social value of rural revitalization.However,at present,the sustainable development of agricultural ecotourism in China is still faced with many practical dilemmas,such as weak cultural concepts,limited sustainability of ecotourism,lack of professional talent resources,insufficient succession of ecotourism,poor capital investment,blocked scale of ecotourism,poor industrial integration,and low clustering of ecotourism.In this regard,the following strategic suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of agro-ecological tourism,that is,taking the revitalization of culture as the starting point,digging deep into cultural elements;innovating talent cultivation supported by talent revitalization;taking the industrial revitalization as an opportunity to strengthen financial support;and promoting industrial integration based on ecological revitalization.
