摘  要:目的通过质量监控指标的分析,探讨采用核酸混样模式的检测系统是否可以使用血清学与核酸并行检测的流程。方法对本中心2018年12月-2019年5月及2019年12月-2020年5月的无偿献血者标本,采用血清学核酸顺序检测与血清学核酸并行检测两种流程的混样阳性率、拆分阳性率、试剂损耗率进行χ^(2)检验,分析是否存在统计学差异。结果华益美系统试剂损耗率有显著统计学差异;科华系统试剂损耗率有显著统计学差异;浩源系统HBV-DNA混样检测阳性率与试剂损耗率有显著统计学差异。结论血站核酸混样检测与血清学并行检测不宜作为常规检测流程,但在特殊情况下可缩短整个血液检测流程所需时间,是一种有效,可行的应急检测流程。Objective Through the analysis of quality monitoring indicators,we explore whether serology and nucleic acid parallel detection can be used in the detection system based on mixed nucleic acid samples.Methods The samples of volunteer blood donors from in our center from December 2018 to May 2019 and December 2019 to May 2020 were collected.The mixed positive rate,resolution positive rate and reagent loss rate of serological nucleic acid sequential test and parallel serological nucleic acid test were tested by χ^(2) test to analyze whether there were statistical differences.Results Huayimei system reagent loss rate is significant statistics difference;Kehua system reagent loss rate is significant statistical difference;Haoyuan system HBV-DNA mixed positive rate and reagent loss rate are significant statistics difference.Conclusions This process should not be used as a routine blood sample detection what nucleic acid and serological parallel detection.However,under special situation,it can be greatly shortened the time required for the whole testing process,and it is an effective and feasible emergency testing process.
