摘　　要：探讨社会资本对独生子女家庭与多子女家庭老年人健康的影响,对于进一步改善独生子女家庭特有的养老困境具有积极意义。利用CGSS2017年全国调查数据,使用二元Logistic回归从生理健康与心理健康两个维度对老年人健康进行综合考量,分析社会资本对独生子女家庭与多子女家庭老年人健康影响的差异。研究发现:结构型社会资本对独生子女家庭老年人健康产生显著正向影响,认知型社会资本对独生子女家庭老年人健康影响更显著,关系型社会资本对老年人健康产生显著正向影响家庭社会资本对多子女家庭老年人生理健康产生显著正向影响;老年人健康问题不仅是狭义上的生理机能退化,更是养老资源多寡的现实表现,社会应关注不同群体老年人的养老需求,共同营造“适老”环境。This study delves into the nuanced ramifications of social capital on the well-being of elderly individuals residing in single-child and multiple-child households,with an aim of positively addressing the distinct challenges encountered by single-child families in fulfilling the care obligations towards their aging parents.By harnessing the dataset from the 2017 China General Social Survey,(CGSS),a binary logistic regression analysis is employed to holistically evaluate the health dimensions of elderly individuals,encompassing both physiological and psychological facets.The discerning analysis scrutinizes the differential effects of social capital on the health outcomes of elderly individuals across single-child and multiple-child family structures.The research findings reveal that structural social capital manifests a remarkabiy significant positive impact on the health status of elderly individuals within single-child families,whereas cognitive social capital exhibits a more pronounced and influential role._In addition,relational social capital emerges as a formidable driving force that bolsters the overall well-being of elderly individuals:family social capital assumes a pivotal role by influencing the physiological health of elderly individuals within multiple-child families.It is important to underscore the notion that elderly health predicaments encompass not only the myopic purview of physiological decline but also serve as reflections of the scarcity of resources pertaining to elderly care.Consequently,society is implored to pay attention to the heterogeneous needs of elderly care that di-verge across distinctive demographic groups,thereby collectively fostering an"age-friendly"society.
