摘　　要：通过问卷调查发现:闽南人的母语不再单纯是闽南语,且正出现代际语言转移现象。闽南人对闽南语的评价高于英语,但已显著低于普通话,只在情感方面,表现出对地域方言和身份的高度认同;闽南语在公共场域交际空间受到严重挤压,在家庭内部也呈逐代下降的趋势,但超半数的闽南人却对闽南语的未来持乐观态度。参照语言活力评级标准,闽南语活力趋于降低,已有濒危的特征显露。闽南语作为两岸联系的重要纽带,其传承和保护需要提高到国家主权和安全的战略高度,建立一套“自上而下”和“自下而上”良性互动的语言治理体系。Based on a survey of the subjects living in southern Fujian or rather Minnan,the study finds that the mother tongue of Minnan people is no longer purely Minnan Dialect(MD),manifesting a language shift across generations.Minnan people have a higher evaluation of MD than English,but they have a significantly lower evaluation than Mandarin,showing a high degree of identification with regional dialect and identity only in the emotional aspect.The communication space in the public field is seriously squeezed and the use of MD in the family is declining from generation to generation.However,more than half of Minnan people are optimistic about the future of MD.According to the language vitality rating standard,MD can be evaluated as“a language with declining vitality and showing the characteristics of endangerment”.As an important link between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits,the inheritance of MD needs to be raised to the strategic height of national sovereignty and security,as well as a set of“top-down”and“bottom-up”of language governance system.
