青年志愿服务融入高校应急管理的策略探析

摘　　要：近年来,随着社会风险形态日益多样,高校应急管理的内容和范围也不断扩张,二元甚至多元协同应对校园风险的态势已成必然。青年志愿服务作为“能量推进器”“资源聚合器”和“矛盾消解器”,在历次的高校应急管理实践中发挥了重要作用。面对社会风险的持续动态变化,高校要进一步正视青年志愿服务的重要作用,强化青年志愿服务的政策支持和技术支持,不断提升校园应急管理的质量和水平。The content and scope of emergency management in universities have been expanding in recent years,with the increasingly diverse forms of social risks,and the trend of binary or even diversified collaborative response to campus risks has become a must.As an“energy propeller”,“resource aggregator”and“contradiction resolver”,youth volunteer service has played an important role in the previous college emergency management practices.Faced with the continuous dynamic changes in social risks,universities should further recognize the important role of youth volunteer services,strengthen policy and technical support for youth volunteer services,and continuously improve the quality and level of campus emergency management.
