摘 要:针对炼钢生产中存在的透气砖钢液渗漏堵塞问题,在新研发的透气砖防渗漏装备基础上,采用数值模拟方法对防渗漏所需的安全流量与透气砖结构和工艺参数之间的定量关系展开研究。研究结果表明,狭缝内近壁面函数模型对透气砖内的气流-压损具有重要影响,采用Non-Equilibrium Wall Function函数模型可以较好预测透气砖内的流动行为。随着透气砖狭缝宽度和长度的增加,透气砖防渗漏所需安全流量增大,相比于透气砖狭缝长度,透气砖狭缝宽度对安全流量的影响更为显著。随着狭缝条数增加,透气砖防渗漏的安全流量近线性增加,液面高度对防渗漏安全流量影响较小。最后基于因次分析方法,提出防渗漏装置安全流量的计算式,为钢包透气砖防渗漏技术开发应用提供重要理论基础。In order to solve the problem of liquid steel leakage and blockage in plug during steelmaking production,numerical simulation method was used to study the quantitative relationship between anti-leakage safe gas flow and the structure and the process parameters of plug on the basis of the newly developed anti-leakage equipment.The results show that the near wall function model in the slit has an important influence on the gas flow-pressure loss in plug,and the flow behavior in plug can be well predicted by the Non-Equilibrium Wall Function model.With the increase of slit width and length in plug,the anti-leakage safe gas flow increases,compared with the length of slit,the width of slit has more significant effect on safe gas flow.With the increase of slit number,the anti-leakage safe gas flow of plug increases nearly linearly,and the liquid level height has little effect on the anti-leakage safe gas flow.Finally,based on the actor analysis method,a formula for calculating safe gas flow of anti-leakage device is put forward,which provides an important theoretical basis for the development and application of anti-leakage technology of plug in ladle.
