摘 要:针对某厂连退平整机组在生产过程中发生的支撑辊剥落问题,从现场测试、理论分析、有限元仿真等方面开展了研究,发现支撑辊剥落与中间辊和支撑辊辊间接触压力的应力集中有关。结合该平整机的设备工艺特点,对支撑辊辊形进行优化设计,新辊形使支撑辊与中间辊之间的接触压力的压力分布更加均匀,辊间接触压力平均值较原辊形可下降5.82%~17.16%,辊间接触压力尖峰值较原辊形可下降26.16%~62.37%,减小了应力集中且未对板形的调控性能产生影响。新辊形上机应用后,该机组再未发生支撑辊的剥落现象,生产带钢板形质量良好。Aiming at the problem of support roll spalling in the production process of a continuous annealing and temper unit in a factory,the research was carried out from the aspects of field test,theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,etc.It is found that the spalling of support roll is related to the concentration of contact stress between intermediate roll and support roll.Combined with the equipment and process characteristics of temper mill,roller shape optimization design of the support roller is carried out.The new roll shape makes the contact pressure distribution between the support roll and the intermediate roll more uniform,and the average contact pressure between the rolls can be reduced by 5.82%-17.16%compared with the original roll shape,and the peak contact pressure between the rolls can be reduced by 26.16%-62.37%compared with the original roll shape,which reduces the stress concentration and does not affect the shape control performance.After the application of the new roll shape,the supporting roll of the unit does not spalling again,and the quality of the strip shape produced is good.
