摘　　要：结合乡村文化振兴战略及公共图书馆服务的特点,分析公共图书馆面向农村提供的服务满意度影响因素。以德尔菲法确定满意度影响因素和层次结构,层次分析法确定指标权重,问卷调查法获取模糊综合评价数据,对图书馆服务满意度进行多层次满意度综合评价分析图书馆环境建设、馆藏建设、用户服务等方面的问题并提出相应的措施,以期提高图书馆服务质量。The article combines the strategy of rural cultural revitalization and the characteristics of public library services to analyze the influencing factors of service satisfaction provided by public libraries in rural areas.The Delphi method is used to determine the influencing factors and hierarchical structure of satisfaction,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to deter-mine the weight of indicators,and the questionnaire survey method is used to obtain fuzzy comprehensive evaluation data.A multi-level comprehensive satisfaction evaluation is conducted on library service satisfaction.The library's environmental construction,collection construction,user services,and other aspects are evaluated,and corresponding measures are proposed to improve the quality of library services.
