摘　　要：公司某产品采用塞焊工艺技术,现有的塞焊质量虽满足市场要求,但仍然存在偶尔失效的情况,需要进行改进研究。本文分析了影响产品塞焊质量的因素,并通过多维度进行质量改进,有针对性地进行工艺试验,并进行对比验证,明确改进方向。通过反复进行焊缝外观检测和金相剖面检查,验证焊缝的外观质量和内部质量,得出了提高和控制焊缝质量的最佳方法和实施措施,以提高产品质量并减少售后故障损失。Some products of our company adopt plug welding technology,although the existing plug welding quality meets the market requirements,there are stll occasional failures,which need to be studied and improved.In this paper,the factors affecting the quality of plug welding are analyzed,and quality improvement is carried out through multiple dimensions,targeted process tests,comparative verification,and clear improvement direction.Through repeated weld appearance inspection and metallographic examination,the appearance quality and internal quality are verified,and the best methods and implementation measures to improve and control weld quality are obtained,so as to improve product quality and reduce after-sale failure losses.
