摘  要:本文针对纯电动客车顶置电池状态,分别测试电池罩盖加装隔热材料和不加装隔热材料2种状态下,车辆在38℃环境下,开启空调制冷匀速40km/h的工况下,在环境舱内验证电池罩盖内有无隔热材料对于顶置电池的影响。结果表明无隔热材料状态相比有隔热材料状态下的动力电池温升高8℃。Based on pure electric bus overhead battery status,Test the battery cover with and without thermal insulation respectively,Vehicles in 38℃environment,Turn on the air conditioner to refrigerate at a constant speed of 4Okm/h,Verify the effect of insulation inside the battery cover on the overhead battery in the environmental chamber.The results show that the temperature of the power battery in the state without thermal insulation material is increased by 8 C compared with the state with thermal insulation material.
