摘  要:作为汽车内部关键的零部件,传动件通常采用MAG焊接方法。然而,该部件的故障表现往往为焊缝开裂。虽然随着技术的不断进步,焊缝强度有所提升,但整体质量仍无法满足市场需求。本论文以传动齿轮为研究对象,针对焊缝疲劳强度进行研究,并提出多项改进措施并进行大量试验,旨在解决传动齿轮焊缝开裂问题,实现汽车整体寿命的进一步提升。Transmission parts as the key parts of the automobile interior,the industry part of the MAG welding method,due to the actual working conditions of the transmission parts,its failure is more common in weld cracking.With the continuous progress of technology,although the strength of the weld has been improved,the overall quality still cannot meet the market demand.This paper takes the transmission gear as the research object,studies the fatigue strength of the weld,puts forward a number of improvement measures and conducts a lot of tests,aiming to solve the cracking problem of the transmission gear weld and realize the further improvement of the overallifeof the vehicle.
