摘　　要：掉挡故障是客车手动变速器最常见的故障之一,不仅影响变速器的使用寿命,而且会产生安全隐患。分析掉挡的故障原因,它不仅涉及的变速器和整车零件种类多,而且掉挡的故障模式与失效机理难以查找。本文针对客车手动变速器掉挡故障失效模式与机理进行分析,给出了常见掉挡故障的处理及改进方案,可以有效满足客户的使用要求。Out-of-shift fault is one of the most common faults of the manual transmission of passenger buses,which not only affects the service life of the transmission,but also produces potential safety hazards.Analyze the cause of gear failure.It not only involves many types of gearbox and vehicle parts,but also the failure mode and failure mechanism of gear failure are difficult to find.This paper analyzes the failure mode and mechanism of the manual gearbox of passenger buses,and gives the treatment and improvement scheme of the common gear failure,which can effectively meet the customer's use requirements.
