摘  要:δ相是Inconel 718镍基合金的一种第二相,δ相的形状、大小、分布对材料力学性能的影响较大,Inconel 718合金棒料生产过程中出现拉伸性能不合格的情况,对合格批次和不合格批次棒料的化学成分、拉伸断口、显微组织、析出相的结构进行了综合分析。结果表明:不合格批次棒料的终轧温度偏低造成大量连续分布的针状δ相在晶界和晶内析出,由于第二相与基体的结合力相对较弱,从而降低了材料的强度,增加了材料的脆性。严格控制轧制温度可避免针状δ相的析出,提高材料的拉伸性能。Theδphase is a second phase in Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy.The shape,size and distribution of theδphase have a great influence on the mechanical properties of the material.The tensile properties of Inconel 718 alloy bar were unqualified in the production process.The chemical composition,tensile fracture,microstructure and precipitated phase structure in qualified and unqualified batches of bar were analyzed.The results showed that the low finishing rolling temperature of the unqualified batch caused the precipitation of needle-likeδphases with a large number of continuous distributions at grain boundaries and within grains.Due to the relatively weak binding force between the second phase and the matrix,the strength of the material was reduced and the brittleness was increased.The strict control of rolling temperature could avoid the precipitation of needle-likeδphase and improve the tensile properties of the material.
