摘　　要：介绍了薄宽带钢无头轧制技术近年在中国的最新发展情况,首先,简要介绍了中国薄宽带钢无头轧制产线建设情况,到2023年,中国无头轧制产线将达到11条,产能2310万t/a,产线类型包括ESP、MCCR、DSCCR、QSP-DUE,中国是世界上薄宽带钢无头轧制产能最大、产线类型最多的国家;其次,重点介绍了日照钢铁针对5条无头轧制产线进行的技术集成创新,高效率、低成本的生产技术管控方式,薄/超薄带钢质量稳定生产控制,高拉速连铸碳硫控制及无缺陷铸坯控制,高精度、高质量、高均一性薄/超薄带钢无头轧制稳定控制,基于无头轧制线的低碳/微碳钢铁素体轧制等进展情况,以及日照钢铁无头轧制生产极薄宽带钢卷、超薄超宽带钢卷、超薄带钢比例、超薄超高强钢等产品开发应用、高拉速连铸控制、无头轧制轧辊长寿命控制等进展情况。简要总结了薄宽带钢无头轧制已成为钢铁产品生产技术创新、节能降碳和绿色化制造的重要方面;通过二次开发集成创新,国内部分钢铁企业全面掌握了薄宽带钢无头轧制关键核心技术,在高质量超薄、高强薄宽带钢生产应用方面取得了国际瞩目的成就;无头轧制产品形成超薄、高精度、高性能、高强度、高成材率、高均一性及低成本的产品特色和优势,在结构轻量化及节能降碳方面成效显著;加强相关工艺与机理研究,不断开发应用高强、高性能、低成本薄宽带钢产品,高拉速、高通钢量,以及全流程一体化智能化管控等技术,仍然是今后无头轧制技术发展的课题。The latest development of wide thin strip endless rolling technology in China in recent years is discussed.Firstly,the construction of endless rolling line for wide thin strip in China is briefly introduced.By 2023,China will have 11 endless rolling production lines with a capacity of 23.1 million t/a.Production line types include ESP、MCCR、DSCCR、QSP-DUE.China is the country with the largest production capacity and the most production line types of wide thin strip endless rolling in the world.Secondly,the technical integration innovation of Rizhao Steel for five endless rolling production lines,high-efficiency and low-cost production technology control mode,stable production control of thin/ultra-thin strip quality,carbon and sulfur control of high speed continuous casting and defect-free slab control,high precision,high quality,high homogeneity,thin/ultra-thin strip endless rolling stability control,progress in ferrite rolling of low-carbon/extra low-carbon steel based on endless rolling line are mainly introduced.And the development and application of products such as extra-thin and wide strip steel coil,ultra-thin and ultra-wide strip steel coil,proportion of ultra-thin strip products,ultra-thin and ultra-high strength steel produced by endless rolling of Rizhao Steel,as well as the development of high speed continuous casting control,endless rolling roller long life control,etc.are introduced.Finally,the development of wide thin strip endless rolling technology is briefly summarized.Wide thin strip endless rolling has become an important aspect of steel production technology innovation,energy saving,reducing carbon emissions and green manufacturing;By secondary development and integrated innovation,some domestic steel enterprises have fully mastered the key core technology of wide thin strip endless rolling,and made remarkable achievements in the production and application of high quality ultra-thin and high strength wide thin strip;Endless rolled products form ultra-thin,high precision,high performance,
