摘  要:研究了常化工艺对1.8%Si无取向电工钢组织、织构及磁性能的影响,并研究了不同常化工艺下冷轧板再结晶行为。结果表明,常化工艺消除了热轧板变形组织,进而影响到冷轧板的组织及织构组成。常化导致冷轧板在再结晶过程中形核速率变慢,同时丰富的剪切带组织和粗大的变形晶粒有利于λ-fiber晶粒的形核及生长。这有助于增大晶粒尺寸和改善织构。常化后,退火板晶粒尺寸增大,有利的λ-fiber织构增强。与未常化相比,1000℃常化后退火板的磁感B_(50)提高了0.027 T,铁损P1.5/50降低了0.227 W/kg。常化是改善磁性能的有效途径。The effect of normalization process on the microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of 1.8%Si non-oriented electrical steel were investigated,and the recrystallization of cold rolled sheets under different normalization processes was also studied.The results showed that normalization eliminated the deformation of hot rolled sheets and then affected the microstructures and textures of cold rolled sheets and final annealed sheets.The cold rolled sheets subjected to normalization process had a much lower nucleation rate,and the abundant shear bands and coarse deformed grains were conducive to the nucleation and growth ofλ-fiber grains,which helped to increase the grain size and improve the texture.After normalization,the grain size increased and the favorableλ-fiber texture enhanced in the final annealed sheets.Compared to that without normalization,the average magnetic induction(B_(50))increased by 0.029 T and the iron loss(P 1.5/50)decreased by 0.227 W/kg when normalizing at 1000℃.Normalization is an effective way to improve magnetic properties.
