摘　　要：针对现有低温甲醇洗工艺的原料气冷却、分液流程技术弊端,创新提出一种新型低温甲醇洗原料气分段冷却、分液技术,达到降低系统运行能耗、降低循环甲醇水含量、减少设备腐蚀的效果。Regarding to the shortcomings of the existed technology of feeding gas cooling and liquid separating process in the low temperature methanol washing unit,an innovation of new low temperature washing technology with feeding gas cooling and liquid separating in different segment was presented in order to lower down the energy consumption,decrease the water content in circulating methanol and mitigate the equipment corrosion.
