摘  要:当立式设备的裙座与壳体的连接采用堆焊结构时,因实际制造过程中受空间限制,容易出现多种成型情况,通过对4种成型情况进行热—结构耦合应力分析,得出结论:在实际制造时应满足结构1成型要求,当堆焊位置空间受限,较难实现结构1堆焊结构时,可采用整锻件结构,加工出筒体与裙座的过渡段,保证连接位置圆滑过渡。When the skirt and shell are connected by overlay welding,due to space limitations and other reasons during the manufacturing process,it is easy to form many structures.Now conduct thermal structural coupling stress analysis on four kinds of formed structures,and come to the conclusion:the manufacture should meet the formation requirement of structure 1;when the overlay welding can hardly be achieved on structure 1 in the limited space,the overall forged structure can be adopted to make a transition section between the shell and the skirt to make a smooth connection.
