摘　　要：根据甲醇制丙烯反应器的结构特点和要求,提出该设备在项目现场进行分片组焊的方案。介绍分段塔体的制造、反应床支撑梁的安装、温度计管的安装、氮气管与反应床支撑的焊接及冷进料分布器吊架的安装。According to the structural characteristics and requirements of the reactor for methanol to propylene process,a scheme of piecing and welding of the equipment in the project site was proposed.This paper introduced the fabrication of segment tower,installation of reaction bed support beam,installation of thermometer tube,welding of nitrogen tube and reaction bed support and installation of cold feed distributor hanger.
