摘　　要：根据锅浪跷水电站引水系统压力钢管存在洞内有限空间作业、积水严重且工期紧张等实际情况,采取了埋弧焊接、改变探伤及试验方式等措施,确保了施工进度及质量。锅浪跷水电站引水系统压力钢管制造安装质量控制的成果,可供同行借鉴参考。According to the fact that the penstock of the water diversion system of Guolangqiao Hydropower Station has limited space operation in the tunnel,severe water accumulation and tight construction period,measures such as submerged arc welding,changing flaw detection and test methods have been taken to ensure the construction progress and quality.The quality control results of the penstock manufacturing and installation of the diversion system of Guolangqiao Hydropower Station can provide a reference for similar projects.
