摘  要:甲型流感病毒(Influenza A virus,IAV)是一种通过消化道、呼吸道等途径传播且危害严重的人畜共患病原体。目前,接种疫苗仍是预防流感最有效的方法,但流感病毒极易发生基因重组和变异从而产生新型流感病毒,导致动物体无法获得对流感病毒的持久免疫力,为疫苗的研制带来困难。对病毒与宿主因子之间的相互作用进行研究,可以为筛选出与病毒蛋白存在相互作用的宿主因子并深入研究其具体机制提供资料。因此,文章对IAV与宿主蛋白相互作用,这些相互作用促进病毒繁殖与复制的分子机制及激发宿主防御机制的研究进展进行了综述,以期为深入理解IAV感染的分子机制及机体的抗病毒机制提供参考。Influenza A virus(IAV)is a zoonotic pathogen that spreads through the digestive tract,respiratory tract and other routes.At present,influenza vaccination is still the most effective way to prevent influenza.Most of the existing influenza vaccines are developed on viral proteins,but influenza viruses are easy to undergo genetic recombination and mutation to produce new influenza viruses,resulting in undurable immunity to influenza viruses,which brings difficulties to the development of vaccines.Studies on the interaction between viruses and host factors may provide information for the screening of host factors that interact with viral proteins and further study of their specific mechanisms.Therefore,this article reviewed the research progress of the interaction between IAV and host proteins,as well as the molecular mechanisms by which these interactions promote virus propagation and replication and stimulate host defense mechanisms,in order to provide a reference for further understanding the molecular mechanism of IAV infection and the antiviral mechanism of the body.
