摘 要:为研究基于双层联铺工艺上、下沥青面层形成整体后的油石比确定方法,采用SGC法成型10 cm双层联铺沥青混合料试件,分析该试件的压力参数,通过试件的体积参数研究双层联铺沥青混合料试件的最佳油石比。结果表明,当SGC法竖向压力取550 kPa时,分形维数与原级配最接近;SGC法与马歇尔法相比,上、下面层最佳油石比分别降低了0.32%和0.25%,降幅分别为6.9%,6%,双层沥青路面油石比至少可降低6%;相比于传统摊铺工艺,采用双层联铺高温性能、低温性能与水稳定性能分别提升42%,18%,3%;通过室内试验与现场芯样,验证了双层联铺工艺的优越性。In order to study the method for determining the asphalt content after the upper and lower asphalt surface layers were integrated based on the double-paving process,the SGC method was used to form a 10 cm double-layer asphalt mixture test piece.The pressure parameters of the test specimens were tested,and the optimal asphalt content of the double-layered asphalt mixture test specimens was studied by the volume parameters of the test specimens.The results show that when the vertical pressure of the SGC method is 550 kPa,the fractal dimension is closest to the original gradation.Compared with the Marshall method,the optimal asphalt content of the upper and lower layers is reduced by 0.32%and 0.25%with the decrease of 6.9%and 6%,respectively.and the asphalt content of double-layer asphalt pavement can be reduced by at least 6%.Compared with the traditional paving process,the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability performance of double-paving are increased by 42%,18%,and 3%,respectively.The superiority of the double layer joint laying process has been verified through indoor experiments and on-site core samples.
