摘 要:水面舰船结构水上防护性能研究及结构设计一直是舰船防护领域的难点和重点问题,其中获得反舰导弹战斗部弹体侵彻船用钢板的最大板厚及机理是开展舰船结构抗侵彻设计和研究的基础。文中采用缩比模型试验方法,获得3种工况下亚音速平头弹的剩余速度、靶板最大塑性变形及破口形貌等特征,在此基础上,相应采用Abaqus软件开展数值仿真分析研究。通过模型试验及数值分析,获得亚音速平头弹体侵彻船用钢板的侵彻规律及最大板厚。The research and structural design of the water protection performance of the surface ship structure has always been a difficult and important issue in the field of ship protection.Among them,obtaining the maximum plate thickness and mechanism of the anti-ship missile warhead penetrating steel plate for ships is the basis for carrying out the anti-penetration design and research of the ship structure.The residual velocity,the maximum plastic deformation of the target plate and the fracture morphology of the subsonic flat-nose projectile under three conditions were obtained by using the scaled model test method.On this basis,the numerical simulation analysis was carried out by using Abaqus software.Through model test and numerical analysis,the penetration phenomenon and maximum plate thickness of subsonic flat-headed projectile penetrating marine steel plate are obtained.The research results can be used as a reference for the anti-penetration structure design and vitality evaluation of surface ships.
