摘  要:为提高粮食转运的效率,针对粮食装车高效定量,且称量准确度等级高的需求,结合散粮专用车的特点,设计了动态装车工艺,研制了专用的机械设备,确定了工艺时序图。研究了基于DEM分析技术的散粮堆积形态控制方法,掌握了动态连续装车条件下车厢位移和车厢内物料堆积重量之间的关系。研究了基于非连续累计计量的自动配仓技术,以及基于车厢位移检测技术的卸料控制方法。最终实现了粮食火车发放系统的动态连续定量装车。In order to realize efficient grain transportation,according to the requirements of efficient grain loading and high weighing accuracy level,combined with the characteristics of special bulk grain vehicles,a dynamic loading process is designed,special mechanical equipment is developed,and the process sequence diagram is determined.The control method of bulk grain stacking shape based on DEM analysis technology is studied,and the relationship between the carriage displacement and the material stacking weight in the carriage under the condition of dynamic continuous loading is mastered.The automatic bin allocation technology based on discontinuous cumulative measurement and the unloading control method based on carriage displacement detection technology are studied.Finally,the dynamic continuous quantitative loading of grain train distribution system is realized.
