摘 要:试验采用微波消解法对小麦粉进行前处理,建立了一种电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定小麦中Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Al等5种重金属元素含量的分析方法。通过改进样品前处理条件和仪器工作参数,并选取^(73)Ge和^(186)Re作为内标元素,有效克服了基体效应、接口效应和仪器波动的影响。在最佳试验条件下,方法检出限为0.001~0.435 mg/kg,各元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率为91.7%~112.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.8%(n=6)。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于小麦中多元素同时测定。实际样品的ICP-MS分析结果表明,小麦中Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Al的含量极低,不会对人体构成潜在危害。The determination of heavy metal elements in wheat is an important task for food security analysis,but most of the current detection methods can not realize the simultaneous determination of multiple elements,and the pre-processing is cumbersome,and the analysis time is long.In this experiment,wheat flour was pretreated by microwave digestion,and a method was established for simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,As and Al in wheat by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The sample pretreatment conditions and instrument working parameters were optimized,and^(73)Ge and^(186)Re were selected as internal standard elements to effectively overcome matrix effect,interface effect and instrument fluctuation.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the limits of detection were 0.001-0.435 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficients of each element were greater than 0.999,the recovery rate of add standard were 91.7%-112.1%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 5.8%(n=6).The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for simultaneous determination of multiple elements in wheat.The results of ICP-MS analysis showed that the contents of Pb,Cd,Cr,As and Al in wheat were very low and would not pose potential harm to human body.
