摘　　要：结合实际工程,阐述了独立储能电站的建设原则和总体设计方案。通过对充放电时间段的选择搭建财务分析模型,反算不同收益条件下的放电电价,提出了运营模式和政策保障方面的一些建议,为同类型工程的投资决策及建设提供借鉴及参考。Combined with the actual project,the construction principle and overall design scheme of independent energy storage power station were expounded.By setting up a financial analysis model for the selection of charging and discharging time period and calculating the discharge electricity price under different income conditions,some suggestions on operation mode and policy guarantee were put forward,which can provide reference for the investment decision and construction of the same type of projects.
