摘 要:针对魏家地煤矿松软煤层开采过程中粉尘量大、控制困难的难题,以2109综放工作面为主要试验工作面,采用理论分析和现场应用的方法,设计了松软煤层注水施工工艺和注水参数,并对煤层注水前后总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘质量浓度的变化进行了监测和对比。实践结果表明,松软煤层工作面注水后粉尘质量浓度大大降低,总粉尘降尘率达50%以上,呼吸性粉尘降尘率达55%以上,降尘效果显著。Aiming at the problems of large amount of dust and difficult control in the process of soft coal seam mining in Weijiadi Coal Mine,2109 fully mechanized caving face was taken as the main test face,theoretical analysis and field application methods were used to design the soft coal seam water injection construction process and water injection parameters,and the changes in the mass concentration of total dust and respirable dust before and after coal seam water injection were monitored and compared.The practical results show that the dust mass concentration at the working face of the soft coal seam is greatly reduced after water injection,with a dust removal rate of over 50%for total dust and over 55%for respirable dust,which is a significant dust reduction effect.
