摘　　要：在当今这个充满不确定性的世界,国际舆论发挥着重要作用。西方主导下的国际舆论并没有为消除影响国际社会的消极因素发挥积极作用,反而在为其增加更大的不确定性,其主要原因是冷战思维和强权政治的逻辑主导着国际舆论。对中国攻击与误解的舆论恶化着大国关系,强化了大国的竞争。中国作为一个日益走近世界舞台中央、能够影响世界发展的重要战略力量,需要提高对国际舆论的引导力。这既是为了给中华民族伟大复兴创造良好的国际环境,也是为了保障人类的可持续发展。加强国际舆论的引导力,需要加强文明的交流与对话,增进相互理解,达成顺应历史潮流、有利于人类可持续发展的共识。International public opinion plays an important role in today's uncertain world.Instead of playing a positive role in eliminating the negative factors affecting the international community,the international public opinion led by the West is reinforcing greater uncertainty for the international community,the main reason being that the Cold War thinking and the logic of power politics dominate the international public opinion.Public opinion that attacks and misunderstands China has worsened great power relations and intensified great power competition.China,as an important strategic power that is moving closer to the center of the world stage and can influence world development,must improve the management of international public opinion.This is not only to create a good international environment for the Chinese Dream,but also to ensure the sustainable development of mankind.To strengthen the guidance of international public opinion,we need to strengthen exchanges and dialogue among civilizations,enhance mutual understanding,and reach a consensus that is in line with the historical trend and is conducive to the sustainable development of mankind.
