摘  要:先秦诸子的“百家争鸣”展现了不同思想流派在政治伦理问题上的方法、态度与主张。但因为都聚焦于“拯救乱世”,所以也就在不同的基础上产生了论辩性交往与思想融合的效果。在诸子政治伦理观念的论辩性交往中,不同的学派进行了学说上的接触,发生了概念的冲撞,形成了理论的冲突,但也形成了不同学派间的交流与渗透,并最终产生了立足于治国理政需要而由政治家评价和选择各家各派混合构成的杂家思想体系。杂家政治伦理思想的内容体系虽然在理论上还没有真正融合在一起,但就政策层面的作用而言,各家各派的政治伦理思想已经被实践应用的需求安排成了一个体系。During the Pre-Qin period,the debate among various schools of thoughts demonstrated the different positions and theoretical perspectives of different schools of thoughts in understanding the universe,and thus determined their respective methods,attitudes,and propositions in political ethics thoughts.Because they all focused on“rescuing troubled times,”they had also had the effect of argumentative communication and ideological fusion on different foundations.In the process of argumentative communication,different schools of thoughts were engaged in theoretical contact,resulting in conceptual conflicts and theoretical conflicts.However,it also led to communication and infiltration between different schools of thoughts,ultimately resulting in the Political Ethics Thought of Miscellaneous Schools composed of politicians evaluating and selecting various schools based on the needs of governing the country.Although the political ethics of the miscellaneous schools had not yet formed a rigorous theoretical system,the political ethics of various schools had been arranged into a system according to the needs of practical application.
