摘  要:汽轮机旁路调节阀是核电机组常规岛主要设备之一,用于核电机组汽机旁排系统。本文基于三代核电机组汽轮机旁路调节阀自主化研发实践,就主要技术要求及结构设计进行简述。主要介绍了阀门结构设计、执行机构设计、控制附件设计以及阀杆的典型力学分析,对阀门样机进行了热态全流量特性试验验证,最后对创新性及应用前景进行了分析,为该类阀门的国产化提供借鉴。Steam turbine bypass Regulating valve is one of the main equipment of conventional island of nuclear power unit,which is used in steam turbine bypass system of nuclear power unit.Based on the independent research and development practice of steam turbine bypass regulating valve of the third generation nuclear power units,the main technical requirements and structural design are briefly described in this paper.The valve structure design,actuator design,control accessory design and typical mechanical analysis of the valve stem are mainly introduced.The valve prototype is tested to verify the full flow characteristics in hot state.Finally,the innovation and application prospect are analyzed,which provides reference for the localization of this kind of valve.
