摘  要:LNG轴流式止回阀在低温和压力载荷下控制介质在管道中的通断,其密封性和可靠性有待验证。对阀门在22℃和-196℃时,对应5个不同压力工况进行有限元分析,研究结果表明:同样在阀腔内受压力载荷工况下,常温时变形量最大处为阀瓣圆盘的中心处;超低温时变形量最大处为阀体部分靠近轴流式止回阀入口三分之一处。超低温时,各部件形变量均比常温时大,整个阀体处于收缩状态,阀体侧壁面为整体最薄弱部位。LNG axial flow check valve controls the on-off of the medium in the pipeline under low temperature and pressure load,and its tightness and reliability need to be verified.Finite element analysis was carried out for the valve at 22℃and-196℃corresponding to 5 different pressure conditions.The research results show that,also under the pressure load condition in the valve cavity,at room temperature,the maximum deformation is the center of the disc;at ultra-low temperature,the maximum deformation is the valve body part near one-third of the inlet of the axial flow check valve.At ultra-low temperature,the shape variable of each component is larger than that at room temperature,the entire valve body is in a shrinking state,and the side wall of the valve body is the weakest part of the whole.
