摘 要:当被测元件的内径与试验台管路口径不一致时,通过流量/流阻试验台测试的结果与被测元件的真实结果存在一定偏差,不能准确反映被测元件的流通能力。针对该工况,本文提供一种理论计算方法,为不同口径下的被测元件提供快速、准确的修正方法及修正数据,具有普遍适用性。该修正方法不受被测元件的结构特征、流阻系数影响,仅与被测元件的公称直径、阀前管道内径和上游管道内径有关。为验证该方法的准确性,采用典型规格的样机进行流阻测试,试验结果与理论修正后数据偏差小于3%,考虑试验过程中采集的数据存在微小波动,该误差满足工程应用需求,证明以上流阻系数的修正方法有效可行。When the inner diameter of the tested component is inconsistent with the pipe diameter of the test bench,there is a certain deviation between the test results of the test bench and the real results of the tested component,which cannot accurately reflect the flow capacity of the tested component.For this condition,this paper produced a theoretical calculation method,which provided a fast and accurate correction method and correction data for the tested components under different calibers,and had universal applicability.The correction method was not affected by the structural characteristics and flow resistance coefficient of the tested component,but only related to the nominal diameter of the tested component,the inner diameter of pipe before valve and the inner diameter of upstream pipe.In order to verify the accuracy of this method,a prototype of typical specifications was used for resistance test,and the deviation between the test results and the data of theoretical correction is less than 3%.Considering the small fluctuation of the data collected during the test,the mistake met the requirements of engineering application,which proved that the above correction method of resistance coefficient was effective and feasible.
